Thanks John. I agree that place is a mess and one of the reasons I wanted to bring it into the Commonwealth and clean it up. Fortunately, you've created a place that it seems to fit nicely in. I could be wrong, but I think the reason there's so much debris was to cover all the mistakes. :)

Beautiful work, and perfect for my story-telling, as I place all my own spawned in NPCs.
...But I do not use TSB. Is there anyway to get this as a standalone?

Thanks zewtastic. You can always use the Clipboard Resurrection pattern.ini that's included with the download. It's much quicker anyway, but you'll still need the mod requirements. :)

Thanks Gayles, I'll research it. I have never used clipboard before. I have most of those other mod requirements already, heh.

The dynamic Duo of you and Geekrage has always been fun to watch and benefit from, but this build is really some crazy amazing over the top creation.

This build might fit in with my story line linking FO4 to SF (when SF gets it's Creation Kit). An interdimensional teleporter to the off-world colonies....

Thanks zewtastic. Personally, I like CR much better than Transfer Settlements. What takes 10-15 minutes in TS, takes less than a minute in CR. There are some differences, but CR can do so much more than TS. Just follow the simple directions I've added then take some time to play with it. With CR and Place Everywhere you can literally copy almost anything in the game just by tapping the 'Insert' key to allow extra objects to highlight. Which can then be used anywhere else in your builds. In fact, that's exactly how I brought Cliff's Edge Hotel into the Commonwealth. I went to Far Harbor, added a workshop, copied all of the building pieces, plus the road and some landscape into CR (minus the trash). Then brought it here, pasted it, and went through everything.

Yes, I'm looking forward to the development of Starfield too. :)

That's all good information. I will study it and do testing to learn it.

I need to learn it's functions as I have built some massive constructions in the past for stories but lost them due to Mod bugs and lack of familiarity of how things work.

I have learned a lot over the last 8 years, but also the tools are so much better. (SAM mod of the year imo)
A big key being now - I do NOT use in-game Companions and NPCs, but pop in my own NPCs (using Straws and another mod), fully convert them using saved Presets and Body Slides that I have a large database of.
Straws Mod allows me 20 unique body types which is far more than the 4-5 FO4 comes with. Most FO4 npc's all share the same body. I can make 10 unique NPCs of each of the 20 body types. So having tall, thin, short, fat, etc body shapes is no longer a FO4 limitation for story making.

If I had saved my set builds, I would be golden. Alas.
Now I see this blueprint functionality might be a wonderful addition to give me the final tool.

I don't worry too much about body type, but do have one for my character. Of course I don't write stories, I just enjoy building. Clipboard Resurrection isn't too difficult to learn, but is very powerful and quick. I've noted what it can do on my Description page. However, there are some quirks that I've outlined in my Special Notes. You might also check out my other post of Bridge to Spectacle Island or Anywhere where I used it exclusively as a proof of concept.

Myself I've saved all my save files to another folder on another drive and have taken lots of pictures to remind me of which builds go with different save files. So, it's not too hard finding previous builds. So, if I haven't saved a build to either one of those mods, I can pull up the old save and do so. Then continue.

WOW. Another awesome build. I love your settlements. The detailing is so good. I tried the last one you built for this area. My settlers always just stood in the ravine and never took to their work assignments.  =(

Thanks rhodemaster. The problem is that these aren't really created with settlers in mind. Without the proper navmeshing, that's what settlers will do here. I build these mostly as player homes for myself just because I enjoy building them. :)
