This mod page includes various patches for the S7 Skill System - Vanilla Perk Overhaul.
CURRENT PATCHES:
Locky Bastard (recommend Infiltrator Lockpicking Overhaul instead which requires no patching)
MAIM 2
Ultimate Hacking
Ultimate Lockpicking
VAFS Redux
NOTE: You still need the VAFS Redux patch that removes Apply Combat Hit Spell: DOWNLOAD LINK (despite its name, it doesn't require MAIM).

If you're using any S7 non-VPO patches for the same mods, you don't need them if you use the above patches. (EXCEPT FOR TRUE DAMAGE, you still need S7 patch for that)

Heavy Gunner - gain move speed in combat with heavy weapon out
Rifleman - longer you aim down iron sights, greater the range bonus you get
Concentrated Fire - critical damage bonus instead of damage bonus (non-VATS effect)
Chem Resistant - critical damage bonus instead of damage bonus
Lady Killer/Black Widow - no damage bonus, otherwise the same as VPO
Nerd Rage - no damage bonus, otherwise the same as VPO
Gunslinger - increasing damage bonus to limbs while moving in combat
Commando - longer you fire, better your hipfire accuracy
Gun-Fu - critical damage bonus instead of damage bonus (non-VATS effect)
Bloody Mess - critical damage bonus instead of damage bonus; rank 2, bloody messes can make enemies fearful and run away
