Depends. If it alter any part of Robotics wing, then it may cause some problems. But I think new markers for dialogues or new NPCs should be fine (Though I would recommend using a test save to see is that really the case)
Fallout 4 can struggle sometimes with mid-game added content, so it's more save to start from a new game (however I had few problems with modded game regardless was that new or mid-game save)
That's the finale version I'm afraid. There's not that much I could add. I am open to any suggestion though, so I could make optional patches for example (but still I need to know what would you like to see in that location)
I've had a few missing desks and stuff in the area. Floating items that should be on a desk. And it looks like an interaction point with a microscope for the scientists doesn't have a table. (And sometimes the microscope.) Also had some flickering where the screen would occasionally go black for a moment while walking around the new area.
I am sorry to hear that. Yet I cannot track a personally occured glitch, even since game tends to break modded areas, it is simply too hard to simulate a exact situation like this. I will mention that bug in description tho.

Gotta take a look on said mods, I can only tell they're uncompatible if said mods changes any aspect of location (added scene/internation markers might be okay tho, as long they're only addition of a mod, however it might be too fragile to call it compatibility, so probably I may have to provide a patch anyway
