Works on all of them except for Rifleman. I'm not sure why, but it shows like 10+ stars (ranks) and the first level of it requires level 62. I'm not sure what could cause this, as it's the only perk mod I'm using.
I dont have the same issue. Try to load in later in load order. Maybe conflict with other mod. Also try to create a new profile and load only this perk as a mod to make sure if it is caused by a mod. If the issue continues only with my mod, try to run game without it. If its caused by a mod, the fasted way to find it is to create copy of your current profile and there disable bunch of mods at the time untill the issue stops. Disabling the most probable mods or the biggest ammount of them increases speed of finding the issue. Just keep in mid that some mods have dependencies, so try to to not disable mod that is required for others without disabling the others as well. There is also possibility it doesnt work with the new version if you have it. I am on 1.10.163. In my opinion it should work with all versions as the main game is loaded first and mods should just replace it with no issue. Another possiblity is that it doesnt work with your current save file for some reason, try to start a new game and see if the issue remains.
It seems that for some odd reason, MO2 decided not to automatically activate the esp for only that perk. I'm really not sure why. But now that I have it activated, it's working just fine.

I also use vafs redux. I tried to make the perks work regardless if you use or dont use vafs. For example quick hands´s reload speed works for normal gameplay, vafs and also affects vats. Upcomming awareness will give general damage boost rather than only boosting vats or vafs. Perks that should work specifically for both VATS and VAFS like VANS, upcomming iron fist´s R5 paralize or awareness´s resistance view wont be compatible yet, as I havent figured out how do make these perks work in VAFS as well. So for now, you eighter use combination of VAFS and VATS with VAFS redux and my perks overwriting it, or you skip mods that are not ready yet.
Hey, I'm having an issue with the Locksmith perk. It still is only 2 levels, but it isn't opening the locks automatically. Sad day. Is there something that I need to do in order to get it to work?
I have tested both mods with my perks and I dont see any issues. The perk 76 just adds additional mods, so it shouldnt conflict. Levelupex changes interface, but load all perks that would be in normal game included the moded ones into the new interface. Try disable other mods that might be causing the issue like other perk altering mods. I also suggest to put my perks later into load order.

I think that FOMOD (FallOut Mod) is an installation pack that contains all of your 10 individual mods and that when installing the user is given the opportunity to choose which of the 10 mods the user would like to install.
That's right, it's an all-in-one installer, users just use one file to install all your esp or just the ones they want. I'll send you the file by PM, give it a try and you'll understand what it's all about. File is installed like any other mod using a mod manager/installer MP sent

Didnt knew how to enable it, so instead made lockpicking easier.
