Just a simple little plugin to move the Fog Filters (wall, ceiling, and floor) from the Specials section of the Main Menu to the Resources/Misc section.

Descrtiption:
While testing one of my own mods that had placed the radios in the "Specials" and moving them out of there I found I still had the "Specials" menu with 3 fog filters in it. Since this was a full load of all my mods I had to track it down and, of course, the weather mod was the (apparently not to me) obvious choice.
I just wanted a clean top level workbench so I built this little mod to move the fog filters out of the "Specials" category into the "Resources/Misc" category. Literally only a form edit and a TrueStormsFO4-FogItemsMove - Main.txt file added once installed.
File checked and cleaned with xEdit.
