While I really enjoyed using this mod, I came upon a conflict with the "Freefall" mod. Where Are My Provisioners? (ProvisionerLocator.esp) edits the base-game "Workshop Parent Quest" (and renames it), and removes 5 settlement/workshop properties. This may not be a problem if you put this mod at the very bottom of your load order, or have other mods that edit that quest. After installing the "Freefall" mod, the Where are My Provisioners? quest disappeared.
It was a very nice mod, and I retroactively say a big thank you to Kentington. However, using this mod is now a bit tedious, and it breaks some mechanics (Ex., with Nuka World).
But, I think it is still good to have all of them in Nexus, as they can do the job if, like me, you want to know where 1 ghost can be, then reload a quicksave prior using the mod and go to this location. You can perhaps do like me and find out that the supplier was dead (killed from afar by me when riding a vertibird? Collateral kill with one of my grenade?..), hence disappearing from the settlement's computer as caravan, but the line still appearing when pressing C on the map, with no one able to be assigned to the same destination...
Now, there are rumours that a remastered F4 should be released sometimes this year (2023)... hoping for many glitch to be solved... (coughs)
Any chance that this Mod is still taking update suggestions? Such as: 1) View Provisioner Markers while in "Show Supply Lines" Map view 2) Show the names of Provisioners on map markers
Not sure why this mod is even still on Nexus. Lacks functionality. the bat command does not work. The console command does not work. Tinkered around for about an hour trying to make this mod work for me, but had no success. There are others that are functional, but I will not promote the craftable provisoner tracker that the mod I now use provides to me. Would be very unprofessional.
It's not unprofessional to help out other people who need a provisioner-tracking mod (yes, I need it; my supply lines are a mess) if tif this one's author has abandoned it. The person who has made the currently-functional mod is the one who deserves recognition and downloads. Please let us know where a functional provisioner tracker can be found. Thanks.
I love this mod, but... For those who didn't know already, this mod interferes with placing raider flags at Nuka World. Be sure to delete it before taking outpost quests from S****.
Don't know if you're still trying to find out where to extract the files or not, but I'll just leave this comment here for anyone looking.
Extract both ShowProvisioners and HideProvisioners (Nexus Mod Manager > Fallout 4 > Mods, open Where Are My Provisioners.rar, you'll find the bat files) into Fallout 4's data folder (steam > steamapps > common > Fallout 4 > Data)
I would've downloaded this if its activation and deactivation was a misc-quest like how the Population Management Computer adds a misc-quest that tracks your companions locations. I cant wait to see this mod develop and I look forward to downloading the complete version!
This starts the "quest" which, while technically a Main Quest rather than a Miscellaneous Quest, will allow you to do pretty much what you wished for if not exactly so.

For tracking your supply routes and ghost lines, I think it is best now to use a slightly updated mod in Nexus:
Craftable Provisioner Tracker
or, perhaps the best currently in Nexus (and updated in 14 January 2023 !):
Provisioner and Supply Line Management System

I installed it already having 12 provisioners out in the world, typed "bat showprovisioners," but it didn't show any new quest markers.
What am I doing wrong?
