This mod swaps Cram with canned dog food in the Food Processor, and adds canned Dog Food and the plastic dog food bowl to a couple of vendor lists so you should see them in stores occasionally.

Author notes
I'd rather not see the mod distributed until there's some more testing just to shake out any bugs I haven't found yet. There are no new assets in this version of the mod. I may at some stage load a newer looking label, in which case I'll revisit permissions.

Changelogs
Version 0.1
Updated to change the ingredients for the canned dog food from Razorgrain to Gourds. (Because (a) Settlers are eating my Tatos and Razorgrain and (b) pumkin is a better for food for dogs IRL than either potatoes or tomatoes ;))
It started with wanting to use the dog cage in the Wasteland Workshop to obtain a dog for each of my settlements. For that, I need canned dog food, which can't be made or purchased and has been in very short supply in my game.
Solution? Mod the Food Processor to switch out Cram for the canned dog food. (The original work to add dog food to the list kept running into trouble, so this seemed like the better option.) I have stuck with the vanilla dog food rather than making a 'pre-war' version with a nice label and no rads.
A requirement of the base game, to use the Food Processor you'll need to attach a terminal. I also recommend adding a switch so you can power it on and off.
The mod *requires* contraptions to make the dog food. (While the Wasteland workshop is not needed for the mod, it *is* needed to make the cages. Not sure why else you'd want to be making radioactive dog food instead of pre-war Cram.)
I've also added:
canned dog food to the list of items sold by any vendors using the list of 'rare food' - which (in my game) includes Carla, Trudy at the Drumlin Diner, and Polly in Diamond City
the dog food bowl to the list of items sold by any vendors using the list of 'small basic items'.
These need more testing in-game, but early results found the canned dog food was available from the vendors listed above periodically and, after a few shopping trips, Carla was also selling the dog food bowl.
The mod was made in Bethesda's Creation Kit, and checked in FO4Edit. The update was done in FOE4Edit.
(For the curious: in my screenshots you can see grass from Natural Green - Grass, Shrubs and Trees, and the at the far right you can see the configuration terminal from the Mass Fusion Wonder Power mod, both of which I'm enjoying greatly and highly recommend.)
