My second settlement I'm willing to share. Still simple and ultralight.

Created completely with vanilla/DLC assets - no other mods required!
Items are arranged with the help of Place Everywhere and modpos wherever needed.
Stats
Installation
Recommended to scrap everything possible with just the manual vanilla method (without using Place Everywhere or Scrap Everything).
Select "nuke before import" if you want.
Blueprints are usually inside <your game directory>\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\<numbered folder> when copying manually.
Transfer Settlements - Outpost Zimonjajaja (Vanilla) will be in slot #6.
Reccomendations
I'd strongly recommend Elevator Buttons Fix if you keep getting annoyed by their floating buttons bug.
Peace of mind for any settlement with elevators.
