I've successfully created Vanny. She is CBBE compatible, and has sliders. Currently enabled with physics, though these can be removed with Bodyslide if desired. The body and hands are not actually a part of the outfit so there should be no clipping issues.
The eyes glow, very subtly, when you are in dark areas. This may receive some updates in the future depending on how obtrusive they are.
"Vanessa" has a holotape that explains some lore to help better immerse herself in the world. Currently, still unvoiced as I haven't figured those out just yet. A future update may result in all of them getting re-placed somewhere else, and more lore may be coming in the future to help them fit into the Commonwealth.
I'll be taking some playbreaks for a bit to obser... -
I have some suggestions that might work to prevent Roxy and Chica from going hostile if you shoot them too much, I have to build some things into scripting and then test to see if they work.
Meanwhile, I've managed a first run conversion of Vanny to CBBE (Just her bodysuit for the moment) and will work on her head and hands in the near present future and hope that they work like they're supposed to. It's a bit of slow going but getting there. Maybe by the end of the month I'll have a working, presentable Vanny to add to the list!... -
Hi!
If anyone has functional Vanny CBBE Compatible Nifs and textures, I would LOVE to integrate them into this! Eventually I will try to import her on my own, but it will take some significant time.
Please get in touch with me if you have CBBE Compatible Vanny parts! (Head, hands, feet, and bodysuit). I can very likely build her Security Guard self on my own easily enough but I really want her bunnysuit for inclusion.
Thanks in advance!... -
Things worthy of note as of 0.2.d.
This seems to be the stable stable version that seems to work best thus far. If you've upgraded from a previous version, you may need to follow the instructions on the main page, and then they should work just fine. I tested this on a bare install with just the ESP and BZ2 on my Steam Deck and this seems to have worked. I haven't tested them from a fresh new save yet but I expect it should be the same.
As they are not using the standard vanilla companion structure (There just is no guides on this!) I built them using the basic companion instructions on Youtube. By design, this makes them simple, functional companions that can carry some things, assist you in a fight and generally let you roleplay the way you want with them. They will eventually be voiced when I reach that sta... -
Something broke Roxy and Chica in the last update!
So I had to revamp them from the ground, up. Both Roxy and Chica have had some significant changes, including additional factions added, scripts rebuilt, player level scaling (Hopefully less squishy Animatronics!).
Sandboxing doesn't seem to be working as expected but that's not really important. It is kind of a little unsettling to just walk into the Super Duper Mart and see Chica where she is. Or being surprised to find Roxy in the basement of Wattz Consumer electronics!
Next planned updates will be perhaps some refinement of some random actions in their respective sandbox areas, as well as hopefully adding their voice lines in.... -
After multiple revisions and restarts, I've finally finished a releaseable version of this mod.
This was based off the discussion on the original Animatronics Apocalypse mod, which doesn't run on my build of Fallout 4 likely because I have other cell-overriding mods installed. As a result, I decided to make this as a standalone that only requires the assets, but not the ESP of Animatronic Apocalypse.
As the body parts are built off of CBBE, you can make Chica and Roxanne as curvy or as petite as you want. Currently, they are set to simply vanilla shapes.
They are based on Gen 1 Synths, which is why they will bear that endoskeleton instead of the expected FNAF endo version. I don't currently have a working endo that replaces that currently. This could change ...
