About this mod
Improves on the Enclave faction from America Rising 2 to add new elite Enclave soldiers based on previous Fallout games.

Overview

New NPCs
- Adds new elite variants of the highest level Enclave NPC including Tesla soldiers, Hellfire soldiers, Sigma soldiers, Sigma Leader (Legendary only), and Enclave Special Agents.
- Optional installation to give Hellfire soldiers and the Sigma Leader a Hellfire X-03 along with patches to give them heavy incinerators.
- Optional installation to give change the Enclave Sigma, Enclave Tesla, Enclave Special Agent to use the Enclave X-02 power armor and its tesla variant.
Faction Boss
- Optional plugin that adds a mutant variant of the Enclave Special Agent.
- Requires assets (Meshes) of Tumbajamba's Power Armor for Strong.
Vertibird Changes
- Vertibird perks added through RobCo Patcher.
- Increased damage from Heavy Guns and explosives. Missile launchers and Fatmans do even more damage.
- Crippled a lot less.
- Cannot be staggered.
New Random Encounters
- Adds new assault encounters that uses Random Encounter Framework. This change aims to give the faction more interaction with the rest of the Commonwealth.
- New assault encounters between the Enclave and the BoS, Minutemen, Railroad, and Institute.
- Assault encounters between the Enclave and the Nuka World raiders, which will trigger if you sided with the raiders in Nuka World and made an enemy out of the Enclave.

Installation

This mod is designed to be modular. You can use the changes to the Encounters and the Faction Bosses separately if you have other faction overhauls.

Whenever possible, vanilla record changes are done through RobCo. The new npcs are using their own leveled list, although based on the default leveled list, may need a patch to be compatible with other faction overhauls.
