This mod makes the following Tweaks to the Heavy Incinerator Redux mod by XJLRWKR
CHANGES: -Heavy Incinerator now uses Flamer Fuel -Heavy Incinerator Weight decreased down to 15 to be more in line with Fallout 3. -Robots, Synths, turrets, and Power Armor are affected by the Heavy incinerator. -Player is immune to Fire After Effect (But not the Projecticle DMG, this change merely makes it so the player is immune to the burning Effect.) -Changed Perk Req. to now Require both Rank 4 of Gun nut and rank 4 of Science. -Added a Legendary Mod Slot, If you have a mod that lets you place Legendary Mods onto Weapons, You are now able to do so.
NEW! Rebalancing Patch under Optional Files:
The Rebalancing patch tweaks the heavy incinerator to be more balanced via these changes, -The Fear/Panic debuff to enemies has been removed. -Reduced DMG overall -Reduced the Burn DOT effect from 20 DMG over 10 secs down to 8 DMG over 5 Secs to be more in line with Fallout 3's burn effect on the Heavy Incinerator.
