    Still no endorsements? :(

I hope there is nothing wrong with it and that it works as intended.
If something doesnt work, please let me know.

Shame this isn't more popular, I absolutely love this blueprint and the "vanilla resources only" is a even bigger plus.

As someone else who struggles to build walls in settlements I feel your pain but I think you did a great job with this here.
Only problem I ran into was some floating turrets but it was easy to fix those, I think the pedestal they were on wasn't showing up for me for whatever reason.
      All in all this rocks!

Thanks Bro! So glad to finally get feedback!

The pedestal is Vanilla in the decorations menu so it shoulda been but... you know how it is...
Homemaker is a mod requirement, but its so common for settlement players now, its almost Vanilla

PS: Like all of Zorkas worldspaces, The Farmlands IMHO just rocks.
I find myself coming back to this settlement again and again to see how everyone is doing.
Did the T51s in the barn/workshop show up for you?
I suppose if I were to do this over, I probably would have made them Raider PAs or T45s tops.

Am about to publish a TFB in The Wilderness , too BTW...

Ah, makes sense! And oops I almost forgot about Homemaker -  thankfully I had it in my load order just like you said haha
And yup both Power Armor sets showed up fine!

    All,
I admit the wall is a bit rough but that is also because I tried very hard to stick to Vanilla plus homemaker assets only.
But it works quite well in keeping the Ghouls and assorted beasts away and the ability to walk on it for my settler guards is very immersive and gives them good fields of fire.
And also I did not want to build a fantastic beautiful gleaming city-on-the-hill because that would have jarred with the strong post-apoc feel Zorkaz put into The Farmlands, so I wanted this place to retain that post-apoc feel.

No enemy spawn points inside this settlement (that I have seen) (thanks Zorkaz!)

As I said earlier, I do not know which bed or clock or other asset that I might have pulled from the Vanilla Settlement build tabs to cause the TSB file to list Commonwealth Deep Clean and Remodel Collection as a requirement.
I disabled that twice now, with no appereant ill effects on the built settlement (it's usually active unless I deliberatly turn it off, because I use those assets elsewhere)

For some reason the game reads only 16 beds not the 2 dozen that I built but I think thats ok. 16 protected beds in this wasteland is plenty.

The pics were taken with Vivid Fallout all-in-one, NAC-X Legacy and A Forest active. Do not know how, or if (!),  they impact the visuals of assets built by Zorkaz for this particular worldspace, but the world looks good IMO..

The first file w/o the Bar stand and the Trader stand is archived. I had forgotten to add those and generally I feel if your settlement is to be a functioning oasis for humans in the wastes, it needs those 2 as a minimum.
I left room to build a bit more if you want  to put your own stamp on the location..

PS: Looking back I probably should not have included the T51s.
In a small town like Franklin, a couple of T45s from a local National Guard Armory would have been much more plausible.
Not sure if its worth the effort to go back to those saves and republish another version.
On the other hand the T51s are the only kit that looks good (paint) in its original unupgraded form (which is what I must use to transfer it in the TFB)
      What do you guys think?

      Thank you Sir!.
Glad to see your comment I was worried you might not like it.

Also (if you dont mind) ultimately  I intend build one each in The Swamplands and The Wilderness worldspaces as well. :)

PS: I have another location (Meadow Farms) built up in this worldspace but I wanted to publish a TFB that goes deeper into the Farmlands and is not too close to the way home. That is also how I intend to do it in The Swamplands and The Wilderness.
