Patched Weapons and Armors to Horizon 1.93 values. Patched the gear and armor. Patched NPCs.

Still seems i have to do better...
5.2 should solve disappearing rad-bolt-rifle. adjusted damage (nerfed). reduced HP of spitter (was 500)
5.5 OG further tweaked weapons for consistency and usability
5.5 added to more LLists (screamer to deathclaws, spitterghoul to glowing ghouls)
5.6 Reduced the explosion-damage of the shard launcher

- You dont get Power Armors
- You can use and modify the Shard Launcher and the Spike Rifle, hopefully according to horizon values.
- Usable gear can have the appropriate Horizon upgrades
- added the Divided and Zealots to the Commonwealth Children of Atom LList (and added them the Commonwealth COA-Faction). (Optional; choose one File)
- tasty Consumable and Hot Stuff
- Horizon Tags
- Contains LLs for the NPCs if you want to add them somewhere

Simple Load order, without anything of the optional stuff:

2. Z_Horizon.esp
3. Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp
4. Radical_Horizon 1.9-Patch.esp or the Radical_Horizon 1.9-Patch_OG.esp

Pretty much cripples exos superpatch :( no power armor at the moment. Food, Armor, NPCs and Weapons are patched and a bit balanced; means nerfed.
LList: Fog Haunter on Deathclaw List
  Spitterghoul on Glowing One List
  Divided & Stridents on Children of Atom List (Added ChildOfAtom-Faction)
  Fuddled a bit on weapon-variety
 Spitter, Fireflies and Haunter should be harvestable now (still drop specific items on death)

Optional Patch to merge the LList with those of Atomic Warlord (thats Church of Atom Overhaul) and its Horizon patch. Probably not working with the exo-version. If you use all optional files and my merge patch,  the Llists conflict in "LCharChildrenofAtom" (two entries missing missing/ overwritten). And others, look here:
