Good idea. What is the final weight and value of a can of stew. That will determine its value in survival. For example, if the final stew weight is 1 lb and has a value of 10 then this would be basically worthless in survival. Very heavy and gives no real nutritional value.
Now if you are feeling ambitious and want to make a survival mod that is not found on the Nexus, you should look at a consumable that alleviates sleep. There is not a drug or consumable that will give you a sleep benefit in place of actually sleeping. I have looked around for this and could not find anything.
