City Plan Red Rocket Outpost.
for all you Over Bosses out there.
The plan has 4 different levels and supports 22 population
11 support / 11 warriors.
The outpost has
• Prison
• Armory
• Field Medic
• Sanitation
• Shooting Range
• 2 Defense Plots
• Water Purification
• Mess hall
• Caravan Services
• Communications
• Cemetary
• Crematorium
• Watchtower
• Residential

Also at levels 2 and up, there is a functional bar.
Just assign a settler to the middle counter from the inside.
At level 3 there is an "Over Boss" player room over the top of the bar.
This is an Outpost Plan, and will only be unlocked after
unlocking the Outpost Mechanic in SS2 Chapter 3.
The plan will work without it. But to have the same look and plots as I designed
you will need to download Wasteland Venturers Sim Settlements 2 Addon Pack
and set Designer Choice on.
I recommend going around and using the console command
"Lock 100" on the big industrial doors so annoying settlers and
companions will stop opening them.
If you want to call your settlers up to the bar
you can use the Siren for everyone to come and
have a break. :)
