Hello
No the tank doesn't drive or shoot
There is a tank parked in the Fenns. Inside is a cramped little interior, gutted and used as a secret player home. There is a sleeping bag, a chair, a radio for your entertainment, and a terminal for playing your Holo-Tape video games. There is very very little room to move.
There are two versions. One with exterior "fringes" and the other without which is a little more discreet.
The area is fairly safe, just down the street from Back Street Apparel, on the border of Downtown. Not too far are some bandits and danger so be careful.
The Tank is inspired by the graphic novel "Tank Girl" by Alan Martin and Jamie Hewlitt. Tank Girl lives in a dusty post apocalyptic mutant-filled society full of booze and chems so it seemed appropriate.
You will have to use your imagination with this one. The interior doesn't really resemble a tank and the doors are just hatches from the sub.
I would not recommend a follower, it's un-tested as I'm a non-follower user. I also would not recommend power armor for obvious reasons. YOU WON'T FIT FOOL!
