Hi, any chance for versions of your Diverse mods that are compatible with Lots More Settlers and Enemies? Imagine the diversity...

Since that one covers multiple groups/factions at once, it is on my patch list for the Diverse AiO when the time comes.

And speaking imagining the diversity, imagine a "super patch" that brings together all of these mods that increase the face pools. Almost every group/faction would have hundreds of faces to draw on. More than a thousand in some cases. :-)

That would be fantastic, or some sort of merged monster mod ... (*drools*)

But yeah, anything to avoid the repeated faces, plus these are interesting in their own right.

Mind you, I'm torn because I also like the prettified largely female version I have from ... Aerys? I think it is? Hot Mama Murphy, that's the one. I used to use LMS&E, it was incredible, that and ... better settlers I think it was?

But this looks great from the screenshots.

It's funny how there are good mods coming out so long after the game's release. I wonder if anyone could have imagined it. I actually don't think much of vanilla FO4, but with mods like this, I don't see anything else like it, and I have been searching for years.

I don't know of any other mods that add faces to the Nuka World raiders, but there are several that add faces to other groups I've covered (or will be covering). There are three or four settler mods that add 1000+ settler faces between them. I'm still in the early stages of "Diverse Settlers," but the process I'm using should result in a face pool of at least 1000 faces by itself. Combine that with the other mods and you have a settler face pool that, in theory, would allow you to have 50 settlers in every settlement without any duplicates. Of course, since the game selects faces at random, there will always be a chance for duplicates, but a face pool that large should reduce the chances considerably. I'd like to figure out a cache system akin to Alias - Framework so that faces in a given pool won't repeat until all faces in that pool have been used, but that's currently beyond my skill set.

As for beautification and gender ratio stuff, I won't be doing any of that myself, but I'll be leaving permissions open for others to do it. I view the "Diverse" series as foundational mods upon which other mods can build, rather than the final piece of the face pool puzzle. I must admit, though, that I did try to make the Operators a bit more attractive by default. It just seemed fitting for them.

I like your "foundational" approach to your Diverse series as I would gather many of the newer FO4 players that came to the game after the TV show, are like me looking for a Vanilla+ experience to start their first playthroughs.

Regarding combination of your Diverse AIO with other Face AIOs, I will personally use your Diverse AIO when available but I will not be using any other strictly Face AIOs.

I read almost every single comment of a mod I'm interested in, up to the first 5 pages and the last 10 pages, and I also have a policy of not using mods that have high bug report posts or using a mod that requires another mod that has high bug counts and in addition, I also have a bias against older mods and prefer mods whose author is still active, regardless of how many downloads or endorsements said mods might have had and as of yet, meanign no disrespect to other mods and their authors, other than your Diverse series, I have yet to find a Face AIO that meets my strict criteria.

There are quite a few older mods that remain the gold standard, including some that expand face pools. "Better Settlers," for instance, has long been my go-to mod for expanding the settler face pool. In fact, I'd already made a trio of expansions for the "Better Settlers" outfit pack, and what I originally planned as nothing more than an expansion to the "Better Settlers" face pool ended up morphing into the "Diverse" series which, in turn, laid the groundwork for the host of other mods I've made that involve NPC faces and face pools. My goal is to eliminate or reduce the frequency of duplicate faces you encounter in a given play through. The "Diverse" series will certainly handle the reduced frequency part, while my "Face Fixes" and "Unique Faces" mods handle the elimination part.

Thanks! Can you make a diverse pack for the Enclave in the mod America Rising 2?

That's outside the scope of this series, but it is something I can look at afterward.

Decided to take a look at America Rising, and yes, it would be possible to make a "Diverse" mod for it, although it would be quite large. AR has four Enclave face pools; namely, Officers, Scientists, Soldiers, and Technicians, and each contains 12 faces (all with an even male/female split). Technically, there's a "face pool" for Enclave vertibirds, too, but I wouldn't mess with that.

In addition, Fury Company has its own face pool containing 8 faces with an even male/female split.

So yeah, to bring all five face pools in line with what I've been doing with the "Diverse" series would result in a pretty big mod. Bigger than any of the "Diverse" mods except for "Diverse Settlers." It is an intriguing prospect but, as mentioned, it'll have to wait until I'm done with the "Diverse" series. And just so you know, if I do make it, it won't be part of the "Diverse AiO."

Well, you'll be glad to hear that I got permission to make a "Diverse" mod for America Rising 2. No timetable for it, of course, but the door is open now.

There are two remaining; namely, "Diverse Scavengers" and "Diverse Settlers."

I plan to release "Diverse Scavengers" in January. I have no ETA for "Diverse Settlers" due to its size, which will dwarf the other "Diverse" mods.

I know at least a few people are using the Diverse series alongside the WHN series without issue, so I'm assuming everything is good-to-go. I'm currently updating the WHN series, but once I'm done with that, I'll compare the finished product with the Diverse series to see if anything slipped through the cracks.
