No script, SPID is optional. Fixed AP cost mismatch between sprint attack and power attack. As I'm sure you already know, even though these attacks have the same damage mult(x1.5), power attack costs twice as much AP cost.

This mod file contains the ini for SPID, so this change will apply to NPCs if SPID is installed.
This mod does not edit anything existing in the game, so it is compatible with everything.
If neither of the two files is a bug fix for you, this mod is not for you. Go back and enjoy the game.
[Known Issue] With this hidden perk method, AP cost requirements are not affected, so you may experience issues where you have enough AP but cannot trigger a power attack.
