With the exception of potential bug fixes, the Diverse Children of Atom main file is complete. Any additional content will be in the form of an "immersion Pack" and/or compatibility patches. If you have any suggestions or requests for such content, feel free to post them below.
Child faces can't be modified by the face-building methods I use because the game lacks the face/head part assets needed to do so. There is only one girl face, and it can't be modified due to that lack of assets. Furthermore, there are only two girl hairstyles and one of them is bald. Boys are the same but with an extra hairstyle. The only aspects I can change with my face-building methods are the kid's hair color, eye color, and skin color. That's why all of the children in the game are virtually identical.
As for "Youth of the Commonwealth," while I'm reasonably certain I could make enough youthful faces to create a "Diverse Young Adults" mod, the game's settler voice types are not suitable. They just don't sound like young people, and that's enough to dissuade me from undertaking such a project.
What about with this mod also? https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16289
You could make duplicate sound files that are higher pitched fairly easily? I could probably look into it if you need some help, my partner knows sound and might be happy to help.
Others have recommended that mod to me in the past, and while it offers more hairstyles and face shapes, it doesn't offer individual face parts (i.e., eyes, ears, nose, mouth, cheeks, forehead, and neck.) as do adult faces. My face-building methods rely on the ability to take any given face and swap out those parts to create a new face. To put it in perspective, male and female adults each have approximately 200 of those face parts to choose from. Factor in eye/hair/skin color, hair/beard style, dirt/grime, scars/blemishes, etc., and even the most familiar faces in the game can be made to look entirely different with a few swapped features. After making over 4500 faces at this point, I'm just not interested in making faces without that level of customization at my disposal.
As for up tuning the voices, I was thinking the same thing, but I must admit, I have no idea how to implement the new files. I can't even set up dialog for NPC recruitment purposes, and I've been trying to figure that out for a long time. Setting up dialog to use the new voice files is sure to be far more complicated and, therefore, way beyond my ability.
You should join the collective modding discord, they are super helpful and may be able to point you to helpful resources :D. I don't have invite perms but I think the Collective Modding Toolkit might have an invite link.
As a matter of fact, they're on the list. Goodneighbor's NW draws on the same face pool as the Triggermen encountered elsewhere, so they will benefit from additions to that central Triggerman face pool.

BoS is next, I think.
