Adds 17 diseases from Fallout 76 to Fallout 4's survival mode.
Name:Debuff:
- The Blight: -1 to all S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats
- Blood worms: Take 25% more damage
- Bone worms: Take 50% more limb damage
- Buzz brain: INT -2
- Dysentery: Periodic water loss (WIP)
- Fever claw: -25% Damage with Melee Weapons
- Flap limb: STR -2
- Glowing pustules: Bleed radiation from wounds when hit (WIP)
- Heat flashes: END -2
- Jelly fingers: +50% Ranged VATS AP Cost
- Lock joint: Melee AP cost +50%
- Needle spine: -10 Carry Capacity
- Parasites: Periodic food loss (Already present in Fallout 4)
- Rad worms: Take 50% more radiation damage.
- Rattle hands: -25% damage with ranged weapons
- Shell shock: Action Point drain from wounds (WIP)
- Sludge lung: Max AP -50, AP regen -50
- Snot ear: PER -2
- Swamp gas: CHR -2
- Swamp itch: AGI -2
- Weeping sores: Bleed from wounds (WIP)
- The Woopsies: LCK -2
How it works:
Adds 17 new diseases and their effects to the HC_Manager quest for Fallout 4's survival mode, increasing the overall pool of diseases when a disease RNG check is triggered.
If you're bored of getting vanilla survival mode diseases like parasites, weakness, and infections all the time then you might like the variety offered here.
Possible Future Changes/Ideas:
Emulate the Fallout 76 system by renaming Antibiotics to Disease Cures. Removing Insomnia, Lethargy, fatigue, weakness, and infection along with Herbal anodyne, stimulant, antimicrobial from leveled lists. Enable having more than 1 disease at the same time.
Troubleshooting:
Load this esp after any mod that alters the HC_Manager quest, like Survival Configuration Menu.
