   At first I thought: "why the hell would I want MORE diseases in Survival?!"
   
   Then I see that so many of these, unlike the vanilla diseases, are actually pretty fair and roll from the same table! Now I won't have a 1-in-6 chance of contracting Weakness and ruining my fun!
   
   Extremely good mod!

   Minding my own business, I contracted flap limb became over encumbered could not run and died to 3 ghouls on survival mode. I like this mod

      I don't use Horizon but seeing how it's a large overhaul to survival mode, I'm afraid it might not be compatible with this mod. Feel free to test it out though. Thanks.

      Is there any way to make it work outside Survival difficulty, while playing on any other difficulty?

      Afraid not, since these diseases are added into the HC_Manager "quest" that is enabled only for survival mode. Antibiotics that cure these diseases do not spawn in difficulties other than survival mode.

   Damn, so many diseases, this is great.
