For those that wants to keep Preston Garvey's look unique, I added a new "Minuteman Duster" to Veteran Minutemen that uses We Are The Minutemen's new texture, and changed back Preston Garvey's Colonial Duster to the enhanced vanilla texture from EVAC made by DoubleYou.

This mod adds a new armor named "Minuteman Duster" that uses the new texture for Preston Garvey's Colonial Duster from We Are The Minutemen. It has the same changed stats as the Colonial Duster in We Are The Minutemen.
This new armor replaces Preston Garvey's Colonial Duster in the Veteran Minuteman clothes leveled list so that Veteran Minuteman will now spawn with the blue duster.
This mod also overwrites Preston Garvey's Colonial Duster to use the texture from Enhanced Vanilla Armor and Clothing made by DoubleYou.

Installation :
Download with a mod manager. If you install manually, place the esp file, the Meshes folder, the Materials folder, and the Textures folder in the Data folder of your Fallout 4 installation.
