All the below retexturing can be now installed as a craftable non replacer mods juste download it
How it works ?
on a settlement craft-bench build the "minutemen bench" and you will be able to craft all the uniforms below.

installation
Just copy the texture directory in your game data directory
the texture will be automatically applied on the minutemen uniform and hat
if you want to dress all your soldier in uniform, just use this excellent mod :
