A Grand Spectacle Island build inspired by the Far Harbor DLC, a self-sufficient beautiful island community severed its connections from the mainland. Has farming, commerce and heavy industry. Most west side of the island is free for players to expand. As it is the settlement can support up to 80 Settlers.

A Grand Spectacle Island build inspired by the Far Harbor DLC, a self-sufficient beautiful island community severed its connections from the mainland. Has farming, commerce and heavy industry. Most west side of the island is free for players to expand. As it is the settlement can support up to 80 Settlers.
For those who download the new layout in the optional section, settlement supports up to 120-ish npcs right now and it's the biggest settlement in the commonwealth (including the diamond city) so please remember to increase build limit by at least 300%.
I've also attempted to rebuild the ruined home at the fast travel location as a player house, It has a brand new bed and some decorations. I haven't decorated it too much so you guys can customize it to your liking.
Once again 90% of donations go towards Ukraine, if the rest buys me a coffee im happy.
