- Better Bullets now only applies to ballistic weapons (this should fix overpowered energy weapon bugs)
- Fixed wasteland whisperer not being obtainable.
- Fixed all Nuka Colas having the bonus luck feature from alchol.
- Gifteds clarified Skill point reduction and made it a fixed value of - 3
- Acrobat buffed to +100/200% jump height from +75/150%
- One In a Million reworked to have a 5% chance to take 50% extra damage from enemies and fixed it not providing the cirical hit chance
- Paralizing Palm no longer says it has 5 ranks and reduced level requirement down to 28
- Rip & Tear no longer spams a message every time it triggers.
- Rip & Tear now properly upgrades the amount healed at level 2

- Fixed player leveling Int with the educated perk not providing more skill points.
- Fixed rifleman requiring both guns and energy weapons 30 instead of Or
- Fixed Hot Diggity Not including additional perk ranks from DLCs (Far Harbour and Nuka world)
- Logans loophole can no be taken with the mutate perk
- Skilled can no longer be taken with the mutate perk
- Scrapper rank 3 level requirement from 40 to 30

- Lowered Skill points per level by 3 down to 7
- Lowered Tag Skill bonus by 5 down to 10
- Lowered SPECIAL skill bonus per point by 1 down to 2
- Fixed crashes related to Better Bullets and Commando being required for crafting attachments.
- Fixed Medicine getting significantly weaker once you get to 100
- Adjusted weapon damage per skill point with guns and energy weapons to 0.7% per point in each skill
- Adjusted weapon VATS hit chance with guns and energy weapons to 0.5% increase per skill point
- Adjusted weapon Cone of fire reduction with guns and energy weapons to 0.5% decrease per skill point
- Improved Medicines effect on stimpaks to be more noticeable.
- Survival no longer increases radiation damage taken from foods.

- Fixed Grim Reapers Sprint functioning incorrectly and now provides appropriate bonuses
- Fixed Sneak not providing detection bonuses
- Fixed Guns and Energy weapons being broken by my last patch.

- Fixed fear the reaper being taken with the mutate perk rewarding large amounts of perk points.
- Adjusted Leadership, Hacking and Thievery description to improve clarity of when relevent vanilla perks are unlocked.
- Fixed Rip and Tear triggering on non player kills
- Fixed Cryolator, Gatling Laser and other keyword issues with energy weapons skill
- Moved Gauss rifles to guns instead of energy weapons
- Fixed Gamma gun not gaining damage from energy weapons
- Fixed a vanilla bug where Ninja would not provide bonuses to two handed melee weapons.
