Makes See Through Scopes and Service Rifle - Weapon Overhaul Project compatible with each other.

Scopes added by See Through Scopes aren't compatible with Service Rifle - Weapon Overhaul Project by default: this mod fixes that, by adding STS scopes correctly weapon workbenches and changing scopes via ECOs quick modification menu. Do note that using said menu to change away from a see-through scope will reset its crosshair and reticle to the default options. This is a limitation of ECOs quick menu, as it requires switchable weapon modifications to be in your inventory as a weapon modification and reticles/crosshairs don't create one. There isn't a compability patch for ECO and STS as of yet, so I do not plan or am not able to fix this.
For installation, download the patch and install via your preferred mod manager or manually. You need Service Rifle - Weapon Overhaul Project and See Through Scopes to be installed. When installing See Through Scopes, remember to choose the addon for Deadpool2099's service rifle. Most importantly, make sure that in your load order my patch is loaded after all other requirements! Your load order for all requirements should look something like this:
