Well, worry no more! Simply craft your very own Stattenheim Remote Summoning Beacon, throw it on the ground and be amazed as your previously missing Gallifreyan TT Capsule materializes right before your very eyes!
Craft the device at the Chem Lab under the Gallifreyan tab. Costs some circuitry, plastic, and screws.
