Added a craftable holotape "TARDIS Stattenheim Config" to the Gallifreyian category at any chemlab to control if the tardis can spawn at the spot the beacon vanished (chaos), at the nearest Navmesh (default), or a safe spot on the navmesh (safe spot) Added a line so Fast Return can be used with the stattenheim remotes
the old script overwrites are no longer needed, but will stay for FWR 1.1

Impact throwable version of the short toss of the original stattenheim remote. Has a much further throw.
Craft at any Chemistry Station under GALLIFREYAN after crafting a stattenheim remote and getting Demolition Expert rank 2. Also requires 1 extra circuitry.
Can also use it to craft the original remote if you don't like the impact part. Found in GALLIFREYAN Undo category if you have at least 1 impact remote. I put it in the other category to get around a base game bug.
Requires Fallout Who Regenerated and Fallout Who Regenerated - Stattenheim Remote Summon.
Works with FWR 1.2+
NOTE: if you are using the scripts, you need to remove them as the one in the original stattenheim beacon works better (can end up in the wall, but at least it won;t let you summon it when the tardis shouldn't be able to come.
NOTE2: if you use the impact and it fails to summon, you will get the normal beacon back, I think I can fix this, but think of it damaging the impact part when you get it back.
