Craft at any Chemistry Station under GALLIFREYAN after crafting a
stattenheim remote and getting Demolition Expert rank 2. Also requires 1
extra circuitry.

Can also use it to craft the original remote if you don't like the impact part. Found in GALLIFREYAN Undo category if you have at least 1 impact remote. I put it in the other category to get around a base game bug.
