Upon completing the Creation Club quest "Neon Flats," there is a chance that, upon your next visit to the Third Rail, you can meet a new NPC by the name of Yuki. In my opinion, she should have been recruitable, but she is not. Thanks to rlbaxter's RL_Recruit_Framework, now you can recruit her and send her to a settlement, where she will function the same as any other settler.
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't make use of Yuki. Of course, "Neon Flats" from the Creation Club and the aforementioned recruit framework are required.
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with anything that is compatible with the Neon Flats mod, save for mods that also make changes to Yuki (such as my redux version of this mod, linked below).
