I'm on a downgraded version myself so couldn't tell you, just saying as a fan of mods myself even an updated description goes a long way of letting people know authors are still around and looking for bugs and whatnot. Thanks for the response by the way, I endorsed this one so wanted to say thanks for the upload
Yeah I hear Bethesda really messed up the game for people who want to mod it, of course that was the whole point of the update.
Its a very simple mod so there are no bugs, 1000 downloads? Why would I bother adding more content? I always respond if you have questions about my mods but I've stopped playing and modding FO4 and gone back to TTW.
Might be silly to ask, but do these outfits spawn strictly on the Triggermen? Can I find them in other containers? I'd love to be able to get my hands on that dirty Loungewear for the settlers in large enough numbers.
Yes they only spawn on Triggermen, unless their stuff is injected into other LL's which I doubt. You can easily get a few from console command, or add whatever you want to settler lists with XEdit. I don't use injection scripts so you can edit the mod safely.
I'm working on something, but I want the mod author's permission. I have already put them in some container lists and NPCs list in my game. Just testing and adding some more containers/vendors to see what happens. I already got an edit to the headwear that lets Triggermen spawn with hats from Mad Hatter. I have some outfits added to the resident/settler lists to replace those god-awful patched three piece suits and the dirty suits.
It's pretty easy to add stuff to the lvl. lists with Xedit. There are several good tutorials here on Nexus. You can also easily make a Robco patcher for this mod, there's also got a good tutorial on the Robco Patcher page.
@DJSHAFT69, can you share these edits with us? These suits are all great, they deserve to be worn by some settlers/civilians too. The mod author should just add that as a optional file. I've tried using Boston Bandits, but since I use Damn apocalipse and other deleveled world edits, I never saw those outfits. I also used Look At Me - Triggermen Edition, but everyone used the exact same texture.
They actually spawn in a few different places, I've seen those cultists you rescue the Cabot girl from wear them. I'm not going to add them to generic settlers because these outfits are very obviously for gangsters, and since there are virtually no other Triggermen overhauls (I always use hard edits) this is unlikely to conflict with anything. Open this in XEdit add to other LL's and you could remove the level requirements, done.
This is a great immersion mod. Gives them dirty gangsters a whole mobs worth of outfits. I didn't even know you added the hats and the update. I did the Skinny quest last week with this mod, and took a ton of screens. I used a lot of the new suits to dress up my random NPCs. I'm just about to go rescue Nick on a new play, so I can't wait to see the hats.
I've been using Mad Hatter as an add-on for the Triggermen hat list, now I can just shift it back to my settlers. I'm going to add a few of the new suits to my settler outfit lists so I don't have to clothe them individually. The dirty suits look great on all the randoms in Good Neighbor.
The update is not that exciting, just adds appropriate vanilla hats but combined with Mad Hatter should be plenty of different stuff showing up for you.
I'm working on a total overhaul for the civilian/resident faction outfits. I am making a plug-in for this mod that requires your's as a master. I'm just making a lvl. list plug-in to get it on the NPCs besides the Triggermen. I also swapped out a bunch of the dirty suit textures and materials so that the Triggermen that spawn with the vanilla outfits have a new look for them. That's just a separate texture replacer I'm working on. Hard to find good dirty suit retextures, so I did some material swaps and mesh changes. I hate the patched three-piece suit and all the damn settlers love them.
I having some issues with the lvl. lists, but I'll let you know how it works out. I'm going to test it for at least 100 hours and several full game respawns to make sure it covers all the NPCs without nudity/conflict issues.
If you are not okay with this let me know. It's still W.I.P. and will have your mod as a hard requirement.
I'm using a pre-render setting called Nuclear Colors for this game run. It over-saturates certain colors, making a lot of things glow a lot more. It looks way better in game, but I had my pip light set to mimic lantern lights. That's why the shots kinda have a more yellow shade. It really makes the Wasteland Lighting series pop, but it puts a bit more colored fog in play. It's like getting a bit of neon added to the game.
I normally just use one of my several Reshade presets.
Looks awesome, but just for clarification, the triggerman bowler hat is a texture replacer of the vanilla, & TwistedMethod's is a new item (his version was a texture replacer).
Nice, my guess is that ballistic weave can be added on all the items, right?
A small suggestion, is it possible to add gloves to the Hitman's Suit? I am using the Hitman Suit mod that has gloves also, making it look much more complete. Not a big deal, i renamed yours "Mobster's Suit", which makes the other mod like a unique version of the most common one, but it would be nice to relief my LO a bit
Yeah when I make outfits like this I just clone the vanilla version and change a bit so everything will be the same as whatever its based on, I think only the worn formal hat has no ballistic weave.
One of my goals with this mod was to make it compatible with every body mod available, that means no meshes. I could have stuck Preston's gloves on a suit but the clipping was too bad. Making new versions that line up correctly with every body mod would be too much messing about, easy solution is just use gloves from another mod with the hitman suit, they will look much better anyway.
Merge Plugins is a great tool to condense multiple mods into one big one, it does tend to mess up levelled lists though. You might also want to add a few more vanilla hats to Triggermen lists, they are still a bit light in that department even with the three extra I gave them.
Another interesting mod by Bram. I do like the armor's you add. Have you thought about using injector scripts instead? I know a lot of mod authors tend to use Dank's tutorial and scripts if they haven't done it prior - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37808?tab=description
Just figured I'd mention it since it would increase the compatibility of your mods.
I used it on Type89 Redux but I'm just not a fan of the method, used Wrye Bash forever and I like to merge as much as possible. I had a bad experience with a weapon mod that borked my game so I avoid scripts now. I like the simple way.
All I'll be doing is tinkering with BB Overhaul and main version has a patch for Raider Overhaul One that 4estGimp made.

I have to consider conflicts with other mods so its just for Triggermen.

I recommend using this mod, it has scripted injection so should work with any mods you have unless they create new lists. It adds a massive amount of outfits that are high quality and suit the NPC's.

These 2 mods are best used on a new game.
Thanks for the screenshots.

I don't know how you play with that vanilla blurriness, try Reshade just for the sharpening.

Great job, time for triggermen hunting

No matter what, endorsed!
