Outside of Cabot House, there is a floating bush and some floating rails. These are a product of Bethesda's handy work. This fixes that. Marked light.

NOTE: This fix should be included in PRP version 72+. If you are running that, you should not need this.
Ideally one would correct these issues by simply moving the base objects in such a way that their issues are no longer perceivable. Unfortunately, however, doing so would break precombines and thus Previs, requiring one to regenerate both. While this would be cleaner in a visual sense, it would require quite a few patches for anything touching this area - which I just find rather tiresome to correct what is otherwise a mild irritance at best. As such, I spent a whopping 30 seconds in the Creation Kit, hand-carving this excellent master piece of a fix in which I duplicated a few objects and offset them ever-so-slightly to avoid any axis fighting. This does not, obviously, break precombines. But make sure this loads near the top of your load order.
Compatibility: This is compatible with pretty much everything, including PRP, CRP, BostonFPSFix, Cabot House overhauls, etc. If there is an incompatibility let me know. But there really should not be. Just make sure it loads near the very TOP of your load order. The higher the better.
