Always liked the aesthetic of the Great War Era, especially always liked the way the soldiers looked in the movie Atlantis: Lost Empire, which I saw as a kid, so I made this. The armors don't look exactly like how the soldiers looked in that movie, but I tried my best.

Quick warning; the gas masks are only meant to be worn with these uniforms as they will look odd with other armor pieces so wear it with the uniforms, the uniforms provided plenty of protection so there really is no need to wear anything else with the gasmasks.

    Anyways, hope you all enjoy.

Uploaded somenew Camo Retextures using some of the camo's from the Wanya's Geo-Camo Pack mod by ComradeWanya.

      We now have

      • Winter Geo Camo
      • Navy Geo Camo
      • Woodland Geo Camo
      • Urban Geo Camo
      • Desert Geo Camo

Check out the images to see what they look like. Some of my screen shots were taken in outfit studio so the boot may look wired, that's normal for outfit studio so ignore they way the look because they are fine in game.

Also uploaded some level list addons for the Minutemen so there is a change they will spawn with Great War Armors and I uploaded a few replacers for the Minutemen so they will only use Great War Armors and accessories with the exception of vanilla hats for variety.

Uploaded some new Level Lists and Replacers.

We now have for level lists for the

      • Minutemen
      • Minutemen - No Atlantis Armors
      • Railroad
      • Railroad - No Atlantis Armors
      • Gunners
      • Gunners - No Atlantis Armors
      • Brotherhood
      • Brotherhood - No Atlantis Armors

      For replacers we now have

      • Minutemen
      • Minutemen - No Atlantis Armors
      • Brotherhood
      • Brotherhood - No Atlantis Armors

Download one of the main files and then one of the replacers or level lists. Download one of the camo packs to spice up the armor if you choose.

I replaced the previous Brotherhood Replacers to only be esp's and I removed a lot of the fat from those esp's, they are now just Level List and Outfit entries. To get the winter armors from the pervious replacer you can download one of the winter camo retextures on top of the main file.

To head this off I will say now that I will not replace the railroad armors or the gunner armors. The railroad only has 1 armor and its a pretty good armor at that so I think it should be left alone. As for the gunners, I got these armors from the Gunner Outfit Pack (STANDALONE) and Winterized Gunner Outfit Pack (STANDALONE) mods so if you want the gunners to be redone download one of those mods plus one of the replacers for those mods, that's actually what I do by the way.

I updated the mod to include all the optional retextures as paints so you don't need to download them anymore.

Bring any piece of the great war armor set to the armor workbench and then you can change the paint color.

As for the Level Lists and Replacers; they still work, but as of right now the replacers and level lists that haven't been updated will only use the default great war armor (green, no camo) and possibly the Atlantis armors depending on the version you download.

If you want the old level list/replacer units to use a different armor colors you need to download one of the retextures in the old files section to overwrite the default armors.

Currently the Minutemen and Railroad Level List files have been updated. The Gunner file doesn't really need to be updated, but I may add the urban camo to it. The brotherhood file will need a bigger update as the only brotherhood texture I have for them is for winter so I'll need to make some new textures for them in addition to the other stuff that needs to be done.

I am unsure if it is a bug on my end or not. But the Great War Uniform cannot have the Ballistic Weave upgrade?

The Great war armor, both long and short, and the Atlantis armor, both long and short, are suppose to have the weave option, but I just noticed that forgot to add a keyword to the long coat version of the great war armor so its not weaveable so I'll be uploading a fix shortly.

For the other armors which have the correct keywords; the weave option should appear for you once you complete the prerequisites which this Article on the fallout wiki details, basically you need to join the rail road and do certain missions for them.

I just tested if the weave option was working by using a console command to unlock the ballistic weave on armors so If you want to test for yourself or don't want to do the prerequisites hit the ~ key and then type this in your console  - set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1 - then hit enter and then go to an armor workbench and the option should appear. My vault suit didn't have the weave option either till I used the code and then suddenly the option appeared.

By the way, just so you know, the Equipment and Crafting Overhaul (ECO) - Redux mod by DankRafft has an option to add the weave keywords and attachment points to armors that aren't weavable so in the future if you are using an armor that doesn't have the option you can add it yourself with that mod.

*Edit - The update is now up, it's just an esp replacement so now all 4 of the main armors are weaveable, no new game required. By the way, the berets are also weaveable, but none of the gas masks, face masks, or back packs are. That was a personal choice on my part not to make the set too overpowered given that they all give stat increases, but you can always use eco to add the weave options to the other armors if you want.

No problem and by the way I found that if you use ECO you could cheat the ballistic weave option in without using a console command by going into the ECO section of the MCM.

I didn't have this problem in my testing, perhaps you are putting in the wrong codes, they change depending on the load order of an esp. If you bring up the console and type in "help great 0" or "help Atlantis 0" you should get the correct id numbers for the great war armors/atlantis expedition armors to populate in the list.

I'll see what I can do.

      Edit - Done.

Gunners and Railroad now have a chance to spawn the Armors, Berets, Face masks, and Backpacks.

No Gasmasks thought as they only look good with the main armors which I can't guarantee the NPC's will be wearing.

      Done.

I added a replacer with and without the Atlantis armors.

Minutemen may still spawn with vanilla hats in addition to the berets and gasmasks to add a bit of variety.

Settlers may appears with Great War Armors or with vanilla armors, again for variety and because they aren't soldiers so uniformity would be less likely.

Also added a new level list for the Minutemen with out the Atlantis armors if you didn't want it.

Download one of the main files and then one of the replacers, and if you really want to spice the game up download a camo retexture; comes in 5 colors.

No, I'm sorry, but I'm no good at making weapons. There are plenty of other bolt action weapon mods though so you might want to give one of them a try.

By the way, that First image is a French propaganda poster so what the soldier is carrying is probably a Lebel Model 1886 rifle, all in fairness it does look like a krag jorgenson though.

Well I'm glad someone remembers "Atlantis: The Lost Empire," because Disney clearly doesn't.

Anyway, the armor looks great. Is there any to get the Minutemen to wear the Atlantis Expedition Armors? I think it would look good on them.

      Done.

I added the armors, backpacks, and berets to the Minutemen leveled lists so in addition to their other attire they now have a change to wear my armors, but I left out the gasmasks and face masks as they really only work with the main armors, which aren't guarantied to spawn on minutemen, and look bad on anything else.

      Enjoy.

Are you talking about the red symbol on the Atlantis armor? That's the Greek upper case letter Lambda which is suppose to be an L, but looks like an uppercase A, so its used as a stylized A for a lot of things.

But, if you want to see it a V-lone texture instead you can, I won't tell.

Thanks for giving the mod a try by the way.

First, what did you download and install? Did you download the Brotherhood replacer and if you did which file? Or did you download one of the winter texture replacers and if you did which file?

Second, which armors are having the black textures, the Atlantis armors I take it or something else?

Third, when you say "Black Textures" do you mean the armors are just really dark in color, or are you saying they are pitch black like a blackhole glowing sort of way and are devoid of any and all detail?

If the armors are just really dark, but you can make out some details then if you are using a lighting mod like an enb, reshade, or anything else that modifies color and brightness you may want to change some settings with them or maybe turn them off. When I make my armors in Outfit studio they look one way and then when I look at them ingame they look darker because of my ENB, for example. Of course, maybe I just need to up the brightness.

But, if the armors are pitch black, devoid of all detail, and are kind of glowing that's a different bug all together; do you have that problem anywhere else in your game or is it just with my armors? Regardless, I've looked up this bug and I found a few potential causes and solutions; if you have the official HD texture pack then uninstall it, ENB or ENBoost may be causing it though oddly enough installing it may fix it as well, maybe you need to lower some of your setting as your gpu may not be powerful enough or change a few INI settings.

Here are some links to some posts that seem to have similar problems and some other solutions you may want to try,

Thanks for replying I downloaded Great War Armors Packed Files and Winter Brotherhood Replacer Packed Files . The brotherhood armour is craftable along with the black Atlantis armour but I can't craft the green armour so I suspect I have gone wrong somewhere when downloading.

Oh, I see, nothing went wrong then, the brotherhood armors are simply being replacing the Green Armors which is suppose to happen.

Due to the way I made the meshes the easiest way to retexture the armors was to replace one texture set with another while leaving the meshes alone, in this case I replaced the Green armor textures with the Winter Armor textures. So now you cant use the green textures.

You can use the Brotherhood Replacer with the Great Wars files, but if you do you'll have the problem your having of the green armors being replaced with the winter ones while the Atlantis ones are left alone.

      Sorry for the Inconvenience.

What a great, and, dare I say, vanilla-friendly mod! However, in my opinion, the textures need a bit more weathering, since these armors look just a little bit too clean and thus, stick out among the other ones in the game. Otherwise, they'd easily be a top-tier addition to Gunner/BoS leveled lists.

      Thank you.

I suppose I could make a dirtier variant of the green armors, I don't think you'd be able to see any dirt on the Atlantis armors.

Fun fact, I tried to remove the rips and patches from the overcoat by texturing over them, well it turned out that the rips and patches were actually part of the mesh so I couldn't remove them, I could only color over them.

Done; the Great War Armors Dirty Green Retexture is out, the green armors should now look a bit more dirty as to look more weathered.

      Enjoy.
