This is a Bare and Empty Minuteman Fort for Fallout 4. Why Bare and Empty?  It's 50/50 - Some cheating, some fun!!
So you can decorate it as you choose!

These just work. You can download the file and it will just work with Fallout 4 and all DLC.
That's it. You only need the required files if you want it to look likethe pictures. Download 5 mods max THAT TAKE UP ZERO MOD SPACE .

They are all .ESL's and DIRECT to Data folder loose file drops, So Vortex
doesn't even count the 5 downloads as a Mods, and your PRECARIOUSLY 
constructed, (working for now) load order, Doesn't get deeply and intimately visited by the CTD ghost of Ron Jeremy.

nearly everything will be clean, blue, new, and SCRAP-ABLE!

you can transfer a blueprint for a settlement that looks like aliexpress and wish.com had a baby?

Now, you can decorate and finish this fort by adding your own style. Put the
garden and the armory where you want to. Use the Settlement and Clutter
mods you already have to make this fort your own and make it come
alive. Tear down walls, add new rooms and wings, fill the insides with a
shanty town. MOVE THIS HERE, MOVE THAT THERE! Knock down this wall, partition this room - ALL Your choice!

Each Fort comes with enough room for 30+ people , multiple areas for
planting standard game crops (using the soil or getting creative with
floor planters).

Sometime I leave cool starter stuff like generators, water pumps, and stores all
for free - but you've got to do the rest. Why? If you're playing a
semi-serious play-through, it gives you something left to do. My blue
prints are NOT wired, Why? Sometimes Iplay with Tesla power mods,
sometimes I play with solar power mods, and sometimes I wire it the old
fashioned way. There are STILL things left to do in this settlement - SO
YOU CHOOSE IF and HOW YOU WANT TO DO IT!
I left hints everywhere of what to do with each area, but the FINAL CHOICE IS UP TO YOU!

A: Okay! I have all my build mods in my build PROFILE in the mods COLLECTIONS - its just a straight up BUILD KIT!!

Q: how's it work?
A: Well thanks for asking! I CREATED a BUILD mode collection file that
will give you all the tools I used to make these forts in their bare
bones state. IF you wanna get funky with it, YOU NEED VORTEX as your mod
manger or a 200 IQ. I chose the former. Create multiple separate in
game profiles - then create one just to build. Then download the
Arrownight build kit mod collection to THAT profile and BAM - separate
build kit!

How to Install the Raw Files to Transfer Settlements in Vortex -
1. Manually Download the file.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements
4. Drop the file in there.
