Version 2.0 has been uploaded to support Fallout 4 version 1.10.980.
This should be considered a test version until I say otherwise. Crash reports without linked crash logs will be deleted.

I understand the new version is just for testing, but it crashed my game right at the beginning, as soon as you were done customizing character. I suppose this doesn't warrant a crash log. Disable baka and the crash stops. The old version works fine however.

Edit: Newest version doesn't seem to crash anymore, at least not yet. Thanks

Same here. No Buffout crash log since it's not updated yet but I'm having the same issue. Current saves crash instantly and new saves crash as soon as the character leaves the cryo pod.

hello sorry do u know why game doesn't go to main menu and stays on the launch black screen? pressing buttons on gamepad and keys on keyboard and waiting and etc, doesn't seem to be the solution. it doesn't even ctd so that there'd be a crash log:(

I only downloaded this mod because hey, it's the creation engine, if anyone can optimize the efficiency of any part of it, I'm all for it.  I don't mind increasing load times / taking a hit on max FPS if it means the engine does less stupid.

I'm not sure if it's something I actually need, though.  Considering I have about 470 mods installed, I probably have a lot of scripts running.  I already increased the postloadupdatetime to 1500, and added some other F4SE plugins that do something with heaps..or stacks... or piles ... which i think are like mounds of heaps and stacks when bundled...?

At any rate, as much as I welcome engine optimization, I also try really really really hard not to push the engine too far.. no more than a nudge.  Because Creation Engine.  having 500% anything is probably a bad start, so I changed it to 200 (2x vanilla seems far enough for me) and it's taking a very very long time for me to go up the tutorial elevator lol.  Can't say it's related, can't say it's not.. because Gamebryo.

Anyways, thanks for your work.  I appreciate you, you beautiful, gorgeous human being, you.  I could kiss you on the cheek, that I could.  But I won't because that would probably be weird.

    tl;dr - thanks for mod

Alright so...Been having the "XAudio2_7.dll" crash for the last 2 days.  Finally came to conclusion that it's max script overload.  I run SS2 and PANPC with few other spawners like SKK.  It's particularly the SS2 that is causing the issue, probably overcompetes or saturates the script capacity.  PANPC just exaberates the SS2 script issue.

Solution: Changed the Baka MaxPapyrus to 5000 from 2000.  Loaded the save and no crash...This is good, but my new saves when loaded have been "blank" which means they are being corrupted from this point on.  Not related to this mod?  But the performance could be delaying the inevitable.  Has anyone tested beyond the 2000 threshhold for a while now?  Any issues or just CPU ability to process the stack?

PS.  I'm also running Baka Scrapheap, Buffout 4, BuffBaka mod for both as settings, and Disc Cache Enabler.  I'm heavily debating Baka Scrapheap especially now with this mod if it's viable.  Buffout's infinite memory module with this Papyrus could be the way.  Further testing required.

UPDATE:  The save issue has been resolved, just had to sleep in bed instead of saving through mod with hotkey (suspicion, the mod is quicksaving and not hard saving? No previous issues and not tagged as quicksave).  Used the hotkey to save and save files work fine from that point on, so it seems like it reset.

Going to keep it at 5000 for now, my fear is that once I get from current 13 settlers to 30 or so the scripts might demand more with no stack dump.  Buffout without the Scrapheap might be the solution here for sustainable gameplay.  But this limits the settlement to 40 max.

Update, as suspected, will delay the inevitable and overload the stack.  Running PANPC specifically unless your processor is i9 or some beefy one at that, anything above moderate number in the Papyrus Ops will be detrement, definitely use sparingly, set mine within 300-500 range.  The main issue isnt this mod, it's working great, the baka scrapheap simply overloads the script on my rig and ctds.  This will only make it worse in the inevitable as the system overloads.  If you are not playing Sim Settlements specifically as I found this to be the main culprit regarding the script issue, then this Max Papyrus paired with ScrapHeap and buffout 4 is a great for  survival playthrough.  Most will have to pick between Settlement building or Survival to get the most out of this combo.

may I ask again because english isn't my first language.
Would you suggest using this mod here, Buffout 4 AND Scrapheap together with SS2 or not?

Do you have ArchiveLimit fix enabled in Buffout 4? It's the source of the "XAudio2_7.dll" crash. This mod just makes it more common.

Also ScrapHeap can't keep up with the scriptload from SS2 I'm afraid, and you have to use the Buffout 4 Memory fix.

Hey thanks for getting back to me on this.  I have the archive limit set to false.  I actually found out what causes the XAudio2_7.dll ctd, it was a mod conflict from 2 mods from the same author, I was using GMOW and Nuclear Winter and the NW was the culprit with it's "sound descriptor" effects like breathing and such, so the "heat radiator" in the settlement that keeps you warm supposed to emit sound effect and since the sounds from GMOW and NW conflict, NW sound effects were not playing which cause it's "sound descriptors" to basically CTD and not just in the settlement but also throughout the game.  Luckily since GMOW overpowers the priority and kills the sound effects from NW, I just deleted the "sound descriptors" in the Xedit which fixed the issue.

I have yet to test and see how well Maxpapyrus, scrapheap (as you mentioned it struggles with SS2), Buffout 4, and the patch for scrapheap and buffout4 would work in the long run, everytime I get mid to late game "level 40 - 80", is when I begin to actually have issues.  So I will unfortunately have to run a new play through after current one and test the setup.

      @ screamingace

Definitely use Buffout 4.  If scrapheap causes crash for you even after you used the patch for both of them on Nexus, then unfortunately it just won't work for you.  I am still struggling to use it sustainably.  It depends on your computer and load order of your mods.

Does this work with increasing the fUpdateBudgetMS?

From my experience, increasing both hasn't reduced fps drops.
