I have always loved DOOM'S That Gun but it being single action irked me as the vanilla anims didn't fit. Eventually I stopped being lazy and figured out how to get it to use Wardaddy's fantastic DA anims. 

I would also highly recommend the recently released beautiful retexture for it found here M2019 PKD Detective Special - That Gun - Retexture at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) and the powerful resound found here Power That Gun (DoomBased) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) though of course these aren't required. 

Disclaimer: this does not add the classic reload sound - if you want that you'll either needs Bwone's version - 5.56mm pistol 5.56mm Pistol at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) or That Gun Relightened - That Gun - Relightened at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) Both are great but I prefer Wardaddy's anims, Austindudemans DA animation unfortunately clips with the M2019.

Additionally I have made a couple of minor balancing tweaks to the weapon. I added a little more recoil (still less than the vanilla 44) as the original is a little bit laser beamy for my taste but this can still be controlled by adding the light grip. I also reduced the 38. receiver requirement to Gun Nut 1 from 2 since it is a downgrade. The .45 receiver now also reduces the damage but not as much as the .38 and commensurately requires Gun Nut 2 rather than 3. Finally lowered the damage across the board slightly, not by too much but you will be slinging lead a bit faster so should make up for it in my opinion. 

I did all this for my game and figured someone else might appreciate it.
