Beautiful. Reminds me of the (Bosmer Valenwood inspired) "elven village" (treehouses in the forest canopy) mods in Oblivion and Skyrim.

one question: what mod did you use to expand the build area?
I wasn't able to install all the mods and was looking to see what I'd need to patch up only to find myself out of the build zone and roughly in the middle of the build.

Aesthetically, this pares REALLY well w, Spring by the Frog Princess

I am using summer by frog princess. It adds the red flowers to the roof pieces from cabin in the woods. I should have mentioned in the description re the expanded size. I use build high mod. I find it is the most stable out there. It expands all borders and allows for unlimited height on all original settlements 🙂👍

That is the one expans mod I always bipassed/// good news is I can now remedy that.
As to Frog Princewss mods, I had Spring installed. That was my default tho, def was pretty. I'll try it w Summer next time.

      Thanks

I can't wait to try this, I'm in the middle of testing a bunch of new mods so don't have Transfer Settlements installed atm but this looks amazing :D You did great work here. This must've taken forever to perfect, I know my personal Sanctuary remake took like 9 days (IRL) for me to get it just how I wanted. This is by far the best thing I've seen done for Murkwater.

Just watched a video yesterday on the worst Vanilla settlement sites to try and build on, of course Coastal Cottage and Hangman's Alley were on the list but honestly Murkwater is kind of a pain too, thank you.

Thanks Scorpio. I've been dipping in and out of this one for a few months now. First time I've built at Murkwater but quite pleased with the outcome. If you check my other blueprints I have one for hangman's alley you may like 👍

Wow, holy cow, your Hangman's alley is amazing, I guess I have to reinstall TS sooner rather than later lol.  I use most of JennCave's discontinued/deleted 'Clean and Simple' settlements and normally I use a great Hangman's Alley Blueprint from Sim Settlements but I really wanna try your TS version now. Take care :)
