Sanctuary Roads AddOn for Rebuild - AIO Part 1. Lets you rebuild the roads in Sanctuary! That and generally just clean up the place.
Also includes a small hidden "dirt cleaner" skip activator to the left of the Workbench, for those of you that just want it clean Now!.
