This as the name says is a Patch / Hotfiix to solve this problem great, which is caused by a bug from the LooksMenu!!!
Recommandation by SQr17: It should be better to use Unique Player by drail1602 to get a permanent fix for all the Ladies in Fallout 4!!! For this way of solution I've also added a Patch now!!!
