    I want to live like this.  I travel in Fallout 4 through all your masterpieces, even launched the game from the very beginning.
    A heavenly place has been created. I have known kindness.  
    Evil can happen in a heavenly place.
    Now we need Hell to know evil.       
    Goodness and compassion can settle in Hell.
    Two cities can be created side by side as a reminder.   
    The devil is in the details.

    Steeper and steeper, more stable.

    Soon there's nothing to do at all.  15 minutes of the game and you run to the next settlement.
     I came, settled people, raised the percentage of happiness to 100%.
    Improved textures and architecture of buildings.

     It seemed to me a little repetitive.
    Thank you so much for the mod and for choosing the location.

      To change all the textures of the ship's hull to pure white, it is impossible to do this in the game.

    Jelly just a heads up...
    In the future AVOID settlements so close to other settlement locations.
    Reason being that people use a lot of mods for vanilla locations and mods like PRP focus on vanilla locations as well..
    Its a nightmare  when it comes to generating precombines because visibility  extends outward at least 3 cells from the cell being generated. In this case you are screwing with the castle.
    Also note:
    Avoid lining up buildings with a lot of transparent surfaces(windows,grates etc.) one behind the other . This really kills performance

      thank you i didnt know that when doing a new world space it would affect other settlement locations also about the glass and stuff

      no i meant the spot that you used as a departure...You edited   that spot as well right ?.
      The world space missing stuff could be an LOD issue. Depending on user game settings . Have you generated LOD for that world space ?

    This happens to me any time I get near the prison area of the island. Is there an ini setting I need to tweak to fix this or what's going on here?

      don't know what to tell you i have had other mod authors look at it and they have had no issues

      @ Dicky...
      If you have any mods that disable precombined objects or have edited your ini  to disable precombined objects this mod wont work for you.
      Also load it as last as possible...
      Also note any mods that edit the same area will conflict especially mods for the Castle.

    now al you need is a teleportation gun, so you can send raiders mutants and BOS elder lol. along with "father" LOL.

    Hate to bother Would be possible to have a version of this with out the prison. I face the prison i drop to 31fps.

    Fun Fact:  Devil's Island is also the name of a lesser known Megadeth song that's got a pretty sick intro.  Anyways...awesome mod!  Nice and simple little place that has it's own unique setting.  Sort of reminds me of smaller version of Amity Island from the Jaws film.

    Oh darn I was going to want this but I already have the Castle set there - plus the recent addition of the Bartonville II mod which already places a boat dock within the same area as Castle Lake Settlement. I will need to track this one and next time put this in instead of those!

      It certainly is lol. I wouldn't mind having one very large settlement there, but with better customization options for the whole Castle and its surrounding area, but I'm pretty sure I passed on one mod that might do that for whatever reason. (might just have been an 'expanded' that isn't supported / or is broken, I prefer cleaner ones.)

      But I'm definitely gonna keep an eye on this one. Might have to also keep the Boston State Prison installed and have prison fights. :D

      I had actually felt an 'impulse' then to suggest you guys add one boat with 2 destinations .. going up? or going down?

    wish you could put all your 'buildings' into a Prefabs mod as buildable and placeable standalones they are AwesoooomE!

    you didn't mention Travel .. but i see pipboy maps of Markers near or at the Castle ? was just curious what is there?
