Shadow quality/rendering distance were tweaked to match the terrain LODs for those who are using environment/foliage mod so it will not look inconsistent. Textures and effects were set to medium or console-like settings because we've been using texture mods with better optimization and such except lighting, SSAO, AA, render actors/models/grass/LOD are maxed out. It is intentionally designed to match the terrain LOD popups just like you see those 2D billboard LOD models. I've added some lines that are mod related and performance-like PRP/Boston FPS Fix, disables mouse acceleration, and adds 90 degrees FOV.

Keep in mind that this personal settings is only for my PC hardware ONLY. If you have more than what my PC specs are then expect good performance.

Ryzen 3 2200g
GTX 1050 Ti
1*16GB @ 2666MHz

MODDED without ENB/NACX + heavy foliage
1080p: 30 ~ 60 FPS
720p: 50 ~ 60 FPS

I assume you use PRP, F4SE optimizer, and a good mod load order.
