if you're not strong enough (7), or use power armor, or invest in heavy gunner(4), you'll move very slowly when you equip heavy weapons... because they are huge and we are some puny gamers that don't bench even a french poodle. (mostly)

being inspired by a very good mod that makes you shoot like crap with heavy weapons if you're not strong enough, (FNV Weapon Requirements) i decided to go even further and maked this little mod that makes you move very slowly with heavy weapons equipped if you're not strong enough [7 strength] (or use power armor... or invest in heavy gunner rank 4)
that's it, i'm no fancy modder so no mcm, i could barely make a script so the perk is added by a "run once" quest... yeah, i just learned that and my brain bleeded a little, so don't ask for any more edits or features, i'm an old man and just want my cocoa and sleep until freakin starfield come out.

do whatever you want with this, edit, make an mcm, expand, use the script, translate, just credit.

i know this mod works, is very simple and small, i don't know if the fomod is well done (yea i just learned that too, don't ask too much of me) .esl and .esp formats.

PD: the weapon has to have the "weapontypeheavy" keyword to slow you down (modded weapons had to be well done) and you must not have the enchant enchPA_abilities too (given to you when you enter power amor) so any mod that alters having that enchant when using power armor will result in being slow in power armor too.

PD2: i could screw the aiming and recoil and so on too but the mod mentioned above is just better than anything i could have done.

PD3: if you move more slowly outside of the mentioned rules, there is a vanilla bug, you have two grenades or a grenade and a mine equipped at the same time, check that and don't blame this mod.

(new optional version that adds the effect to the legendarycreature spell so all npcs have it, but only human and humanghoul races are affected if they are not strong enough or not using power armor)
i did this for people that don't want to use SPID, but, any other mod that alters that effect and is loaded after this mod, will override it)
if the old version works for you, stick with that, new version requires a new save, or a save without previous version installed (Clean Save), or uninstall, save, run ReSaver, clean... load that save, save again, and install new version.
(i did this because in previous version if you used SPID you could end up with 2 copies of the effect on the player, and would cancel each other out, and you wouldn't see any change at all, no slowing)
