About this mod
A fully customizable FNV Weapon Requirements system. Ala Fallout New Vegas, all weapons have a strength requirement to be used properly. Requires RobCo Patcher (and thus F4SE) to function correctly. Requires Mod Configuration Menu to be able to customize features. Optionally, See Through Scopes can be used to introduce weapon wobble.

Ranged weapons gain a customizable hipfire accuracy debuff based on how far your strength is below the weapon requirement.
Melee weapons gain a customizable chance to deal less damage (customizable) based on how far your strength is below the weapon requirement.
If you are wearing Power Armor, none of these debuffs activate. Another reason to wear Power Armor.
If See Through Scopes is installed:
Ranged weapons (without scopes) gain customizable weapon wobble based on how far your strength is below the weapon requirement.
Sneaking/crouching provides a customizable improvement to weapon wobble.
This feature can be completely disabled through MCM, if you want See Through Scopes but no aim wobble for non-scoped weapons.
Optionally, if you don't want any of See Through Scope's features, but want aim wobble, install See Through Scopes - Add-on version, and also download the optional file on this mod page (blank 3dscopes.esp, esl-flagged)
If you don't meet the Strength requirement, you'll have a perk that displays what the Strength requirement is.
Strength Requirement Customization - Via RobCo Patcher
There are 2 distribution files: one for vanilla base game and DLC weapons, and a custom one that distributes to all weapons besides the base game and DLC weapons.
By default, all mod added weapons follow this STR requirement:
8 STR - Heavy
6 STR - 2H Melee, Ballistic Rifles
4 STR - Pistols
3 STR - 1H Melee, Plasma
2 STR - Unarmed, Laser
In the Custom ini, I've created a format so you can easily remove and add the STR requirement you want to a particular weapon. You'll need the esp name and Form ID of weapon to do so. Instructions are in the ini file.
Limitations:
2. When you equip a melee weapon, sometimes the display of damage in pipboy will change. This is due to the nature of the perk entry. To determine the normal value you would do with a melee weapon, simply unequip it and view the display damage.
