An unofficial update to skibadaa's Rifles Rebirth mod that contains a number of adjustments, tweaks, and more.
FEATURES
IF-54
- Renamed weapon to Marine Battle Rifle.
- Decreased value from 250 to 105.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Raider bosses, and Gunners starting at level 26.
WH-77
- Renamed weapon to Marine Machine Gun.
- Weapon now uses animation from MrLameGaming's Assault Rifle Reanimated with some tweak to the reload.
- Increased damage from 30 to 33.
- Decreased value from 500 to 140.
- Added semi-automatic receiver options.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Minutemen, Raider bosses, and Gunners starting at level 28.
LR-72
- Renamed weapon to Marine Combat Rifle.
- Decreased damage from 35 to 32.
- Decreased value from 150 to 95.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Minutemen, Raider bosses, and Gunners starting at level 24.
TNP-45
- Renamed weapon to Marine Submachine Gun.
- Weapon now uses 5.7mm rounds from Munitions.
- Decreased value from 200 to 95.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Minutemen, Raider bosses, and Gunners starting at level 20.
TD-64
- Renamed weapon to Chinese Assault Rifle.
- Increased damage from 32 to 34.
- Decreased value from 230 to 115.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Minutemen, Railroad agents, Raiders, Gunners, and Nuka World Raiders starting at level 28.
IFAM-50
- Renamed weapon to Marine Anti-Materiel Rifle.
- Scopes are now using vanilla overlay and will work properly with Sniper perk.
- Fixed misaligning on the iron sight and reflex sight.
- Increased weight from 6 to 8.
- Increased damage from 85 to 95.
- Decreased value from 750 to 175.
- Brand new LL injection - weapon will now spawn on vendors, legendary drops, Minutemen, and Gunners starting at level 32.
ALL WEAPONS
- Standardized attachment selection to match vanilla; for example receivers now go from Standard to Advanced.
- Removed rechamber receivers; all weapon stays at one ammo type (an optional patch is available to re-enable them made by Dashboarderian, details below).
- Removed ammo type attachment slot to preserve balance.
- Removed injection holotape; now all weapons are automatically injected into the world thanks to LIF's injection script.
REQUIREMENTS
INSTALLATION
Install using a mod manager such as MO2 or Vortex (MO2 please, can't really help if you encounter problems using Vortex). Make sure to load this mod after all required mods. For example:
- Skb_RiflesRebirth.esp
- Rifles Rebirth - Unofficial Update.esp
COMPATIBILITY & KNOWN ISSUES
This mod is likely to be incompatible with other mods that alters Rifles Rebirth in the same way. Make your own merged patch if you want to use those kind of mods together with this one.
Patching may be required to work with mods such as Tactical Reload or See Through Scopes. We don't use either mod so we won't have patches for them.
Due to the extensive changes made to the weapons, a new game is required or you may encounter severe issues.
