This is probably a dumb question but should I replace the Workshop Standalone 1.0.1 with the new one? I see below that Shared Resources can just be both. Sorry.
Just coming here to say that you're awesome and I love your Rebuild mods and I'm sorry that you have to deal with all the update nonsense (as are most of us as well lol). Also, I had a couple ideas for possible inclusions in the future.
- Along with some placeable Tenpines/County Crossing etc houses, could you include some matching garages? They could be clones of the one at Coastal Cottage but with the same color as the houses. That would be so amazing.
- I second the request for some placeable colored Sunshine Tidings cabins. Most mods only have broken placeable ones, and other than that your color choices are green, gray, and yellow and that requires a mod not on the Nexus. Like, a white one even would be a nice change.
- Some whole greenhouses with the rainblocking mesh, or even a few modular pieces? Perhaps modeled after the smaller one on Spectacle Island? Lots of settlements don't really have room for a Graygarden/Greentop sized greenhouse.
Had prepared all my mods with the intention of starting a new playthrough & had installed all your mods. Pity all of them got hidden now, with support removed.
Guess I'll start the game without any of your mods, and hope I can install them later when you complete them & hope it won't affect the changes I'll be making in my settlements when I play. I'm also a bit concerned using your mods as you removed "Rebuild - Shared Resources" made an entirely new mod "The Rebuild Collection - Shared Resources". Had I used your earlier mod & you replaced that mod, wouldn't it have broken my save game?
Almost all of them have already been updated. Not really sure how fast folks expect me to get them all done but I'm doing the best I can. No, the old and new versions of Shared Resources can be used at the same time. They are all new records. If you had an old version you could just keep it (no need to upgrade) as long as you hadn't upgraded to FO4NG.
I meant no offence, sorry. Really appreciate your work. Thanks for working on this. I was just worried about removing a mod. I am not very knowledgeable about mods.
I have not updated Fallout 4 for fear of breaking my mods. If I continue to use the previous version of Fallout 4, can I still use your mod when you're done updating all your mods?
I apologize if I took it the wrong way. I have just been bombarded with DMs and comments from folks that expect me to support 2 different versions of the mods.
Yes, you can still use the new versions of the Rebuild mods on the old version of FO4.
Brilliant! Thanks for clearing that up. I will wait patiently for the AIO to be released as I wouldn't want to replace individual esps with the AIO esp.
Would it be possible to add prewar textured doors as well, for those of us using the prewar texture for Rebuild Sanctuary? I wanna use these doors but they stand out like a sore thumb against the clean textured houses.
Huh, strange. I'm using Rebuild AIO + v2.0 of the prewar textures for sanctuary and it only gave me the option of post war meshes for the doors. I've since updated everything and will have to test if its working now, ty for the response! Love the mods btw :)
An awesome mod to help with your rebuilding of settlements. Works for me, as it said on the box:) I am overjoying by your work, it really helps an old player who loves to build but hates how you have to build around building that have to stay on the land base. Love it, think you thought well on recourses count, it works well with settlements building, as I used the workshop mod. But not the Sims settlement mod. There are some little matters to report, but nothing life changing when you can used markfordelete . Gladly endorsed and thank you:)
Just to satisfy my own curiosity, and not meant as a criticism:
Why make this a separate mod instead of just rolling it into the Rebuild - Shared Resources mod?
The only reason that comes to mind is because this has the SMM dependency and Shared Resources doesn't. I'm just wondering about other peoples creative processes as I ponder making some mods of my own.
Partly because of the dependency and partly because some folks don't like adding things to the workshop, so I didn't want to force it on anyone. I do plan to add more to it eventually, and I may make Shared Resources a requirement for the workshop, but I won't integrate them.
ba2 limit for me is the biggest struggle. So makes it harder. Maybe could have the assets inside the Resource mod and then just have this as a plugin that unlocks it? Would have it as a requirement, but don't see an issue there.

Thank you for your effort.
Just adds workshop items, but isn't required
