Updated the plugin to use resources from The Rebuild Collection - Shared Resources. This means many items from there can be added in the future and the workshop standalone will no longer require any BA2s (for those hitting BA2 limits).
Added Settlement Menu Manager as a master to the plugin. This will keep issues from occurring if it is installed without SMM.
