Adds captive cages to workshop cage menu allowing you to capture Settlers, Raiders, Gunners, Mutants, Triggermen, Children of Atom, Synths, which retain their faction traits / voices, but are added to the settlement as settlers.

Makes the captives protected, not mortal. Cannot be used with the F76 patch, the optional patches modify the same records and will conflict.

Optional patch file to make Workshop NPC Cages work with SKK's Commonwealth of Decay [Open World Survival] mod. Prevents his logic from eplacing the human npcs added by my mod. Requires the SKK mod. Not compatible with the Protected Captives patch.
