   Going to give your mod a shot .. but fwiw, I already (extensively) use the scaffolds in my builds because they stack and create amazing staircases/bridges to very high elevations .. they also snap in with Concrete and Warehouse modules .. you might want to look into that as a feature for your mod, as I think it would look amazing to use wood structures rather than scaffold.

   Are they Navmeshed?  (i.e., will followers and settlers be able to walk on them?)

      in the wood misc , misc tab. I am useing menue mods , but the data build sheet has it set to wood misc.

      I just put up a working version of this mod , navmeshed and snapps added for building things to them.
