Ok , after much time and learning how to use Nifscope to add snap points and the like , these bridges snap to to all. I had started this project to use the junk walls but found that the NPC, s wil not use them , remove junk wall all is good. Plenty of walls to snap in to use instead. Navmeshed and ESL .5 bridges , Mod name is JJB-Wood_Misk.
Maybe later I will try to make some junk walls to use on them as I found that the vanilla junk wall and some modded junk walls the NPC,s would not walk on them . I try vanilla bridges and got the same result. Seems the junk walls are funky.
Useing walls and railings will work.
