Fixed a problem with the texture paths in the .ba2 file. If you use the 2k or 4k texture pack, you DO NOT need this update.

FUNCTIONAL IR DEVICES! Also, the FOMOD should be fixed now, and the FCPC and JPC engineer variants shouldn't cause a CDT anymore, but the game really doesn't like it when I put a world item mesh on a piece of armor.

Moved 4k textures to separate upload, added items for Institute and Triggermen, fixed a number of bugs that had been reported with 1.0.3. Changelog, as well as 2k and 4k textures, to follow. Comes with 1k textures by default.

A couple of bug fixes, as well as the addition of the TV-110 plate carrier and, optionally, advanced plate armor for Institute Coursers. I changed all the .esls to have the .esp file extension, so saves will NOT recognize it as the same plugin. Be careful
