Zoran made a compatibility patch for this mod to work with ABP paintings and flags of the old world. If you use this mod as well as ABP and FOW, grab there patches here: Atom Bomb Pin up & Flags oif the Old World Comp Patch

If anyone is interested - I've made a Settlement Menu Manager patch for this mod so that it has its own scripted menu and does not edit the vanilla formlist anymore. This should eliminate any chance of conflicts with other mods. I've also flagged the mod as ESL.

I know that it's 2024 and FO4 mod community isn't so active anymore, but i'm now replaying it with VR version and i've decided to use this mod to give a nice touch to my settlements, the mod is awsome but i'm experiencing the issue where all the posters are clipping with almost any wall, as if the game is not sure what surface should be shown, not sure if it's a specific issue with VR but that's it.
I've already tried to install the nice patch from battlebrother13 but, even if it fix the vanishing from extreme angles view, in VR i still see them clipping with the walls even if i'm straight in front of them, to solve it i've just opened the nif files (yes all the 100 T_T) with nifskope app,  navigated to BSTriShape node and changed Traslation parameter to set y to -0.500000 (original position is 0.000000), save and Done!
This change will slightly traslate the posters on the Y axis to be shown on the wall without clipping nor floating in the air.
Hope this helps whoever has the same issue, the change takes 5-10 minutes to fix all the files.

Don't download this, it'll make your decorations menu disappear. Since the author is banned, it's never going to be fixed. If you've downloaded this, just uninstall it through NMM to bring back your menu.

Really liked the posters but this mod removed a few of the wall decorations sub categories including the paintings and posters, even with the patch installed. I'm sure there was something I could've done in FO4edit to make it work but I'm still a noob with FO4edit and don't really have the time to figure out how to go about making this mod work with the vanilla menus. Maybe making it go under an SKE menu would do the trick. But for right now I'm keeping it disabled. Sorry to see it go but I like ALL of my tabs to be available :\

Anyone have a fix for this mod apparently removing the Decoration section completely?

I have the same issue. I noticed it when my jazz posters dissapeared. Unistalled this mod because of it.

For anyone still being irritated by it, I've managed to resolve the issue with the posters vanishing when you are looking at them from extreme angles.
The solution is to edit the bounding sphere in NifSkope (I compared to ones I'd seen without the issue to work out how it should be set).

If you want to fix it yourself, you need to edit each DhegPoster.nif from the folders meshes\setdressing\DhegPoster\# (1-100) in NifSkope as follows:

-Open the file in NifSkope (https://github.com/niftools/nifskope/releases)
-Click on "5 BSTriShape" in the top left panel.
-Click to expand Bounding Sphere in the bottom panel.
    -Amend Center to match: X: 1.000000; Y: 0.200000; Z: 0.000000.
    -Amend Radius to 60.500000.
    -Save the file.

If you want to save some time by not editing all 100 files, you can instead revert the default texture back to the perk chart which is used by the (seemingly redundant) material swaps in the LFP ESPs; I've done this and the material swaps seem to work as expected. To do this, as well as the above changes, do the following before saving:
-Click on 6 BSLightingShaderProperty in the top left panel.
-Click on the small "Txt" icon to the left of "Materials\DhegPoster\1\DhegPoster.BGSM" in the bottom right panel
-Change the path to read "Materials\Architecture\Unique\Menu\PerkChart.BGSM"
    -Click OK
    -Save the file.

Once you have saved that file you can then copy it over all of the others and it should work as normal thanks to the material swaps (ideally I would have just used the one file and amended the statics in the ESP but this seemed to be a simpler solution and runs no risk of messing with anything that interacts with the ESP, such as the compatibility patch).

I followed the second method and packed the 100 files into a mod for my own use and it is working without issue when overwriting the files from Lore Friendly Posters. I'd happily have uploaded it myself but as I believe the .nif was created by Dhegonus I'm not sure where I would stand on uploading assets someone else created, and I can't contact him to ask permission as he's banned. If anyone knows if I'd be in the clear to do so, feel free to let me know.

Considering the mod author is banned (and has been banned for a while) -- I suggest you upload it anyhow. Might label it as a 'patch' or a fix -- something that often happens after mod authors leave their mods or get banned. I'd love to have your file, it'd save me a lot of trouble seeing as I have little time to go about editing files in my spare time.

If at least one person wants it that's good enough for me then, I'll make sure I put it up, hopefully this weekend.

Amazing addon; pimp is few, but they unable the access to the Contraptions posters that are pimp too. I had some placed in various settlements before install yours and they still there, so somehow yours take out the Contraptions DLC posters out of the workshop, but their models and textures still in game; i would preffer to not have to choose between booth, booth are extremely pimp to me, would be perfect if you could integrate this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15148/? into your extremely pimp addon, to make it a true must have instead a you must choose. Thanks for your work, i gonna keep 'em.
